Hi, I'm an independent developer.

I built MedPatra after watching friends and colleagues in India struggle with messy medical certificate formats — for HR sick leave, school excuse notes, government Form 4 applications, and travel fitness requirements. Every clinic and hospital seems to have a slightly different layout, and getting the field structure right matters for HR acceptance.

MedPatra is a template tool, not a doctor service. It helps you draft a properly formatted medical certificate, but a legally valid certificate in India always requires a licensed practitioner's signature and stamp under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 and relevant Medical Council rules.

What MedPatra is NOT

• Not a substitute for visiting a doctor.
• Not a way to get an officially valid certificate without a doctor's signature.
• Not affiliated with the Government of India, the National Medical Commission (NMC), or any State Medical Council.

Need a real medical certificate?

Please consult a licensed MBBS practitioner in person, or use a regulated telemedicine service such as Practo, 1mg, or Apollo 24/7.
