Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 May 2026

By using medicalcertificategenerator.app (“the service”, “MedPatra”), you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is

MedPatra is a browser-only tool that generates draft medical certificate templates as PDF files. It is operated by an independent developer.

2. What the service is NOT

  • Not a doctor service.
  • Not a way to obtain a valid medical certificate without a licensed practitioner's examination, signature, and stamp.
  • Not a substitute for medical or legal advice.
  • Not affiliated with the Government of India, the National Medical Commission (NMC), or any State Medical Council.

3. Acceptable use

You may use MedPatra to:

  • Draft a template format to discuss with a licensed doctor.
  • Understand standard fields used in Indian medical certificate formats.
  • Educational and research reference.

You may NOT use MedPatra to:

  • Submit a generated PDF to HR, schools, government agencies, or any third party as if it were a real medical certificate.
  • Forge, fabricate, or misrepresent a medical practitioner's signature, stamp, or registration.
  • Violate Indian law — including provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 relating to forgery and use of false documents.

4. Service availability

MedPatra is provided “as is” with no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose. The developer may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

The developer is not liable for:

  • Use or misuse of generated PDFs by any party.
  • Rejection of certificates by HR, schools, or any institution.
  • Any legal, financial, or medical consequences arising from your use of the service.
  • Loss of data or downtime.

6. Intellectual property

The MedPatra brand, code, and original content are owned by the developer. Indian government forms referenced on this site (for example, CAG Form 4 / Form 5) are public-domain government documents.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts in India.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
